The Wood'nGate is an audio gate application that doubles as a standalone app compatible with IAA (Inter-App Audio) and an AUv3 audio unit plugin. It provides essential controls like "Threshold," "Attack," "Sustain," and "Release," along with several unique features not commonly found in other gate plugins:

• Offers separate Open and Close modes, allowing versatility in configurations (e.g., Open using side chain, Close using track audio; Open using Midi, Close using side chain audio).
• Equipped with 2 side chain channels for customized routing (e.g., Open triggered by Kick, Close triggered by Snare): users can insert Wood'nGate in Send mode on the side track.
• Supports triggering Open and Close actions through Midi commands (Note On, etc.).
• Utilizes Midi Note On Velocity to adjust the Open Gate Level.
• Features an ADSR mode where timing impacts the Close function exclusively.
• Simplifies preset management by allowing storage on iCloud Drive for seamless access across multiple devices.
• Incorporates 2 distinct filters: one for the Open analysis signal and another for the Close analysis signal.
• Enables preset switching via Midi Program Changes for enhanced workflow efficiency.
• Allows sending Midi commands (Note On, CC, etc.) to external plugins, devices, or computers whenever the Gate Opens or Closes. This functionality enables creative applications such as triggering other synth plugins on drum beats when Wood'nGate is applied to an analog drum track.
• Enables adjustment of all primary Gate controls using received Midi CC commands.
